The Diocese of Garagoa (Latin: Garagoënsis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church Colombia. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Tunja.

Its cathedral is Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Chiquinquirá, dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, in the episcopal see of Garagoa, Boyacá Department.
