Deutsch: Südsüdwestansicht der Basilika Mariatrost auf dem Purberg in der steirischen Landeshauptstadt Graz.
Die Kirche wurde an Stelle einer kleinen Kirche, die im Zuge der Türkeneinfälle zerstört wurde, errichtet ([1]) und von 1714 bis 1724 vom Baumeister Andreas Stengg als barocke Wandpfeilerkirche mit Vierungskuppel und Doppelturmfassade erbaut: Sie ist umschlossen vom ehemaligen Paulaner- (1708–86) und späteren Franziskanerkloster.
